The hasta is probably the best wand you can get that is not a pack wand until level 90. At level 90 you could use the hades crit wand which sacrifices the 10 damage from the hasta for a good increase in critical. I would also recommend getting a full set of waterworks and/or crafted gear. Perhaps if there was, as you suggested, a scaled version for Atlantea (spelling?) and Tartarus, then it would fit with the rest of the Aquila dungeons, but the actual Sky Iron Hasta is pretty great and I used it until I received a crowns wand. I am wearing the full Zeus set (which I farmed for WEEKS to get), Sky Iron Hasta, Amulet that gives tower shield, Tournament ring, and Shortblade of the Pegasus for my Athame. So my gear is pretty darn decent. I feel frustrated and defeated. Ugh.This world isn't what i would call hard.While in Mount Olympus, go along with the dungeon until you defeat Ares, that'll get you the Sky Iron Hasta.
